A dedicated wife and mother of two adventurous boys, Ashleigh combines her background as a Registered Midwife, Exercise Scientist, and athlete to passionately support women through their prenatal and postnatal journeys.
Ashleigh founded HBW with a vision to provide education and support to empower expectant parents during their transition into parenthood. Her mission is to help families feel confident and informed, equipping them to advocate for what’s best for their families.
As a certified Hypnobirthing Australia practitioner, she offers comprehensive childbirth education classes—virtually and in person—designed to empower parents with the knowledge they need for a positive birth experience. Her philosophy centres on individualised care, fostering connection and trust, and respecting the natural physiology of birth.
Ashleigh also specialises in Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise, particularly focusing on Diastasis Recti, helping mothers regain strength and confidence in the post-partum phase.
